Yes, we absolutely do. If your Liminal product is faulty, we have a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your skincare, alternatively you can exchange your product.

If your Liminal product is faulty and can be proven to be so, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your skincare, or you are able to exchange your product for another.

We request that you return the product via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Liminal Elixir will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure. 

If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. 

When can I expect my refund to be processed?

Once product has arrived back with us, please allow 3-5 days for your return/refund to be processed internally. Don’t worry - we’ll keep you notified every step of the way.
